Outlook for MAC - Backup (Archive)

Today will show your how to import and export(archive) your email in outlook for mac.

Export(Archive)
  1. Open Outlook for MAC
  2. Go to File > Export...
  3. On "Export to Archive File (.olm)" windows
  4. Select Items of these types: Export only email then Select "Mail".
  5. Click "Continue"
  6. Enter name of archive file and location(location: Documents)
  7. Click "Save"

  8. When it show "Your data have been exported." Click "Finish"
  9. Check your archive file is in your location.

Import
  1. On Outlook for MAC windows
  2. Go to File > Import...
  3. Select file type to import (This sample will select file .olm that was created from previous step)
  4. Brows file location
  5. Then click "Import"

  6. Folder will show on your menu (On my Computer > MailArchive_20151031)
  7. Finish Import
  8. Imported file will list on your menu.
  9. Expanded list to check your mail is in side
