Microsoft Outlook get errors to synchronizeing Gmail (Classic Outlook)
Some user report that their outlook suddenly block from receiving email. When force send&receive show error (0x800CCC0E). This user using the company gmail account (IMAP) on the Microsoft Outlook (Apps for Business Package).

To fix this try the following steps:
Remove the MicrosoftOffice16_Data:OAUTH2 on the Credential manager
1. Open "Credential Manager"
- Delete the credential (In-case the computer have only 1 gmail account, delete the credentail should solve the problem).
3. After remove the credentail re-open the outlook. It will request to authentication login and allow to access outlook to gmail by browser popup to request to re-login and allow the permission.
- When allow complete outlook should syncronizing normally.
Delete the Identities registry key
1. Start > Run > "regedit".

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities
- In "Identities" find the folder related to your email.
- Delete the folder under "Identities key", Select sub folder key matched with your email address that not syncing.
- After remove the credentail re-open the outlook. It will request to authentication login and allow to access outlook to gmail by browser popup to request to re-login and allow the permission.
- When allow complete outlook should syncronizing normally.
Noted:
1. Trying by change from classic outlook to new outlook this problem will solved.
2. Trying by re-setup gmail account (Control Panel > Mail > New Profile) with POP 3 setting + password using from app password (https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords), It working.
- This issue founded with only some user in company.
